To the one who is walking through a crisis, I see you. I see your heart to give, be present, and be the best to your family. You have a big heart that loves deeply and is the reason why the ache feels so big and deep. Grace is yours. Let Jesus carry you.
To the one who keeps forgetting important dates, appointments and details. I see you. I know your heart is to be present. You are doing the best that you can. In time, grief will not impact your brain as much as it is now. You have not lost your mind! You need time to heal and recoup. Grace is yours. Let the mind of Christ permeate yours.
To the one battered and bruised and feeling like you have no way out of the darkness you are in. The light is more powerful than the darkness. Keep your eyes on the light and accept the help and healing from those extending love, healing & grace. It doesn’t matter what impact abusive choices have made in your life, there is a way out from that life. Grace is waiting to surround you in a safe and healing embrace.
To the tired one. I know you want to be present. You have permission to rest. Grace allows you the freedom to not have it all together. Let Jesus do the big work. He can handle anything.
“Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.””
